Tim of Bisila construction did a complete remodel on our 1948 home. He took our ideas and made our home more open and accommodating by adding more usable square footage and a second bathroom. It required opening up all the walls and most of the ceiling. Moving the existing bathroom and window to add the adjacent second bathroom. He replaced and added windows; constructed three large headers to open up common space; moved and added doors; did all new interior framing, and did the floors including Mason work in front of fireplace. He managed all the sub contractors expertly (asbestos abatement, electricians, plumbers, mini-split AC/heat pump, cabinets, insulation, drywall, and painters) and was respected by them. He didn't mind my regular visits knowing I was excited to see the progress and appreciated his updates. He regularly would check our preferences on the little decisions regarding colors, molding styles, etc. We can't imagine how any other contractor could have done better or been more comfortable to work. Tim is very professional! He gave us a fair estimate to repair the effects of a disaster that the home inspector failed to detect. Tim came when he said that he would, completed the work in the amount of time that he said, and charged exactly what he estimated. He does excellent work and is very easy to work with. Tim has done a couple projects at my house. One was a very large project. He remodeled our garage into more living space. He built two rooms, a pantry, bathroom and laundry room. You’d never know looking at any part of our house that it was previously garage. Tim did absolutely beautiful work for us. He was reliable, finished the project on time and was so honest, letting us know we actually came in under the estimate. We also hired Tim to replace our front door and to do some tile work in an additional bathroom. I’d absolutely recommend Tim and would hire him again for projects in our home. See more See less
