Kitchen Renovation

We hired Tim Bisila, owner of Bisila Construction, to completely gut and remodel our guest bathroom, kitchen, and dining room. He was the best to work with. Tim was honest, professional, a great communicator, and a skilled craftsman. He hired high quality subcontractors and made the whole process easy and stress free. We are thrilled with the results. He worked with us from start to finish on mapping out the new layouts, selecting material, and finalizing all the millions of tiny details that go with a massive remodel. He was quick and seamless with the demo, removing all of the debris and sealing off the construction zones as he worked. He also understood and ensured that extra care of our four kitties was taken to make sure they were safe at all times during the construction process. Tim is kind, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. We will definitely use Bisila Construction for our future remodel needs and highly recommend Tim Bisila.

Bisila Construction replaced siding on my house and also completely rebuilt a deck. The work Tim did for me was excellent. To say he replaced siding, or rebuilt a deck just seems so misleading because what he did is so much better than what was there in the first place. His work is beautiful. He is a true craftsman. I wholeheartedly recommend Bisila Contruction for whatever projects you might have around your home, big or small.

Tim of Bisila construction did a complete remodel on our 1948 home. He took our ideas and made our home more open and accommodating by adding more usable square footage and a second bathroom. It required opening up all the walls and most of the ceiling. Moving the existing bathroom and window to add the adjacent second bathroom. He replaced and added windows; constructed three large headers to open up common space; moved and added doors; did all new interior framing, and did the floors including Mason work in front of fireplace. He managed all the sub contractors expertly (asbestos abatement, electricians, plumbers, mini-split AC/heat pump, cabinets, insulation, drywall, and painters) and was respected by them. He didn't mind my regular visits knowing I was excited to see the progress and appreciated his updates. He regularly would check our preferences on the little decisions regarding colors, molding styles, etc. We can't imagine how any other contractor could have done better or been more comfortable to work. Tim has done a couple projects at my house. One was a very large project. He remodeled our garage into more living space. He built two rooms, a pantry, bathroom and laundry room. You’d never know looking at any part of our house that it was previously garage. Tim did absolutely beautiful work for us. He was reliable, finished the project on time and was so honest, letting us know we actually came in under the estimate. We also hired Tim to replace our front door and to do some tile work in an additional bathroom. I’d absolutely recommend Tim and would hire him again for projects in our home.

Tim installed a fence at our downtown Ridgefield home. I would highly recommend him for any home project you might have. He is courteous and professional. I hope to have Bisila construction build projects for me in the future.
